Cancellation policy

Independent Studio Access is offered as either a recurring three-month term or a recurring annual term. The selected term is billed in full, in advance.

At the end of each paid term, Studio Access automatically renews for another term of the same length unless cancelled before the next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. Fees already charged are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Studio Access remains available until the end of the term already paid for.

The Kiln Room may update Studio Access rates by providing advance notice. Any updated rate will apply beginning with the next renewal term.
