🐴✨ Ponies & Pottery: Cowboy Boots 🪴
May 24th | 5–8pm
The Kiln Room Ceramic & Art Studio is teaming up with Transitions Acres for an unforgettable evening of clay and connection.
Led by professional ceramic artist Pauline Halsey, this beginner-friendly workshop will guide you step-by-step in creating your own clay cowboy boot sculpture—perfect as a planter, vase, or decorative piece.
We’ll start inside the clubhouse (refreshments available), then head outdoors to continue creating alongside the calm, intuitive presence of the resident horses.
Transitions Acres is a local equine-assisted wellness space dedicated to creating safe, supportive experiences through connection with horses, nature, and community. Their resident horses are gentle, intuitive, and central to the peaceful atmosphere of this experience.
Choose your level of interaction, from observing at a distance to guided time inside the pen with Transitions facilitators.
By the end of the evening, you will have:
• Created your own ceramic cowboy boot piece
• Learned foundational handbuilding techniques
• Experienced meaningful time alongside therapeutic horses
